Avocet Recruitment are working with a building contractor based in Mid Devon who specialise in demolition rebuilds. We are looking for an experienced and hands on Site Manager who is comfortable running a small site a 3 unit complete refurb due to fire damage.
This is an inital 12 month contract with plenty of opportunity for the right person to go perm, due to huge amounts of upcoming work for the company in the next few years.
The site is based in Exeter, with other future sites being scattered around Devon.
The day rate is negotiable for the successful applicant.
