We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join one of the UK's fastest growing main contractors. This role is perfect for a experienced Project Manager with expertise in the fit-out and refurb world. You will have the opportunity to make your mark on a high-end hotel Project in West London, working for a business which year on year growth and a strong pipeline of work due their diverse range of blue chip clients. 

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all health and safety documents are updated and regulations are always adhered to, including contracts, certifications, variations order and warranties.
  • Prepare subcontractor contracts, organise meeting of sub-contractors to ensure aware of roles, responsibilities and schedule deadline.
  • Engaging in a comprehensive review process encompassing design, shop drawings, and project time lines, allowing you to actively contribute and make valuable adjustments where necessary, resulting in an optimised project outcome.
  • Collaborating with the proposal team to contribute key information and insights, actively participating in compelling project presentations that effectively capture the client’s vision and needs, securing successful project bids.
  • Promoting a collaborative and positive working environment by leveraging existing marketing relationships with external professionals and clients, establishing strong partnerships that contribute to project success.
  • Delivering concise and precise project reports that effectively communicate progress, milestones, and achievements, ensuring transparency and effective communication among project stakeholders.
  • Taking a strategic lead in controlling project time lines, ensuring adherence to schedules and milestones, and leveraging your expertise to optimise efficiency and productivity.
  • Demonstrating your strong leadership skills by taking a lead role in presenting the project to the client, showcasing your ability to effectively articulate the project vision, achievements, and value proposition, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Providing valuable expertise in build-ability advice and value engineering solutions, enhancing project efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining the highest quality standards.
 
Requirements:
  • 5years + experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in fit-out/refurb projects
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communicator
