Site Manager - DBS & Mechanical Bias (Heating, Electrical, BMS) - £320 Per Day - Milton Keynes
PW Construction are looking for a Site Manager with a valid DBS and a mechanical bias (Heating, Electrical, BMS and Builderswork) to start end of June or Early July for 3 months.
A successful candidate will have/be:
- Have a valid SMSTS and DBS
- NVQ Level 6/Gold CSCS Card
- Excellent verbal communication
The job role will include:
- Managing sub contractors
- Arranging trades and working to a set programme
- Face to face meetings with the end client and third party contractors
- Assist with progress reports and take charge of the project
