Our brand-new client, who has seen significant growth as a business, with offices based in Kettering is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm.

As Asbestos Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and business revenue growth, managing end to end projects from initial engagement to project delivery, ensure the commercial team meet targets and delivery fantastic results, analysing project costs, profitability and pricing strategy to maximise revenue, working to HSE legislation, attending team meetings and client meetings.

To be considered for the role of Asbestos Contract Manager you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, you will have a strong understanding of regulations and guidelines within asbestos and will be happy to travel to client sites in the UK and will hold a full, clean UK driving licence. You will have proven ability to lead and motivate teams, strong commercial acumen, comfortable with cost management and financial analysis, able to identify additional business opportunities, with strong relationship building skills.
