My client, a well-established and highly reputable firm, are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team. They are renowned for their commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients across various sectors with multiple offices across Kent.
The Commercial Property team handles a comprehensive range of Commercial Property affairs, servicing clients nationwide. This presents an excellent opportunity for exposure to a varied portfolio of clients and cases. You'll join a collaborative and supportive team that fosters career advancement. To be successful in your application you will:
- Be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with experience gained in commercial property.
- Be commercially aware and have an understanding of the market, its challenges and opportunities.
- Have excellent communication skills written and orally.
- Have a sense of initiative and enthusiasm.
- Able to work well within a team and provide support to other fee-earners as appropriate.
- Competent IT skills.
