Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer queries over the telephone and email.
  • Liaising with internal and external customers
  • Data entry, inputting orders.
  • Provide customers with quotations.
  • Processing customer sales and rental orders, pro-formas and quotations received over the phone and emails.
  • Liaise with suppliers.
  • Plan all work activities to achieve contractually specified time scales SLA and KPI's to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Create and maintain relationships with colleagues, customers and clients to fully understand their needs.
  • Escalate issues/queries when appropriate.
  • Assisting office with general administration duties such as credit checking, presentations, reports.
  • Cover and assist with any other responsibilities within the business when needed.

Experience/ Skills Required:
  • Previous experience in an Administration/ Customer Service type role.
  • Experience working with rental equipment is desirable but not essential.
  • Brilliant communication and customer service skills.
  • Must have a confident telephone manner.
  • Must be able to commute to Trafford Park on a daily basis.
  • IT literate with knowledge of office software such as Word and Outlook.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
