The School and Role 

Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a part-time Key Stage 1 teacher to work on a Thursday and Friday each week at a Primary School in Sheffield. The school are looking for a teacher who: 

• Has high expectations of pupil's behaviour and achievements.  

• Will inspire, be a role model and help push children to achieve the highest of their potential.  

• Build excellent relationships with pupils, parents and carers and staff.  

• Have outstanding knowledge of the Key Stage 1 Curriculum.  

The primary school is a large primary school in North Sheffield. There are 3 classes for each year group from Reception to Year 6. The school also has 2 large nurseries supporting children from 2-year-old. The school is part of the Cascade Multi-Academy Trust.   

Requirements  

The desired Class Teacher will have;  

• Have an excellent understanding of how children learn  

• Motivate and inspire children  

• Have a positive working attitude and committed to continually improve teaching practice  

• Be organised, punctual and adaptable  

• Be committed to inclusion and equity
