My client is a industry leading principle contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.
We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing a commercial roofing contract based in Swindon.
The ideal candidate will have experience in felt roofing installation (Bauder is preferred), as well as scaffolding erection.
RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!
THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!
Site Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Ammending and working to RAMS
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing subcontractors
• Providing progress reports
• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing operations.
Site Manager Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First aid
• Experienced in managing felt roofing projects.
• Experienced in managing commercial roofing projects.
• 8+ years management experience
