Our client is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead their state-of-the-art, fully automated Material Recovery Facility (MRF). As the facility nears operational status, we are looking for a waste management professional to drive its success and achieve its full potential.
About the Facility:
- Processes Commercial and Industrial waste
- Handles all main recyclable waste streams
- Equipped with the latest technology in the industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a workforce across two shifts
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Develop and implement risk assessments
- Achieve production targets in line with KPIs
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience in automated MRFs or waste management plants
- Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols
- Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, logistics, and operational teams
- Skilled in working with senior leadership to meet targets and provide feedback
