Job Description: As a Hoist Driver, you will be responsible for operating hoists to lift and move materials and equipment on our construction site. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate hoists to lift and move construction materials and equipment.
- Ensure the safe loading and unloading of materials.
- Conduct daily checks and maintenance of the hoist equipment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.
- Communicate effectively with site managers and other team members.
- Report any defects or issues with the hoist equipment promptly.
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS Hoist Operator card.
- Proven experience as a Hoist Driver on construction sites.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
