Compensation: £55,000 - £62,000

Job Summary:
Project planner to join the construction team, liaising with project managers, contract managers, surveyors and quantity surveyors.
Responsibilities/Duties:
· Managing and updating the project programme
· Monitoring the programme against actual progress and produce updated programs
· Attending progress meetings and deliver presentation on project progress
· Assisting the QS and Construction Manager in the monthly meetings regarding the expected costs vs incurred costs and its correlation with actual progress.
· Formally issuing programme updates to the customer as required by the contract, keeping clear track of programme revisions as identifiable files in a secure location
Requirements:
· Qualified to Degree or Diploma in Project or Construction Management
· Ability to analyse data, draw accurate conclusions and communicate key messages succinctly.
· Proficient in Microsoft office and other relevant software packages applicable to the role
· Reasonable level of experience working in a construction planning and project environment.
