Location: Macclesfield
Full Time and hybrid option available
Salary: £DOE
The successful candidate will represent clients in relation to their Housing Disrepair Claims, for a successful and established firm based in Macclesfield!

The successful candidate will represent clients in relation to their Housing Disrepair Claims, for a successful and established firm based in Macclesfield!
Candidates will ideally have the following knowledge and experience –
- Ability to manage a caseload of Housing Disrepair claims
- Legal Knowledge of the Housing Conditions pre-action protocol
- Legal knowledge of the CPR and fast-track litigation process
- Review reports from Surveyors
- Carry out quantum assessments/reviews and formalising case plans
- Ability to run issued, fast track matters with minimal supervision.
- To effectively act upon court directions and to prepare matters for trial
- Experience of using Proclaim case management system
- Experience of working in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Attention to detail
- Organisation and admin skills
- Communication skills: written and verbal
- Ability to work individually or part as a team
