About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of website analytics, user experience, and conversion optimisation strategies to enhance our clients' online performance. If you have a background in digital marketing, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a talent for improving website conversion rates, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Shopify Website and Mobile Optimisation: Recommend and implement changes to the website's design, content, layout, and functionality based on data insights and test results to enhance user experience and increase conversions. Ensure the website is responsive and optimised for various mobile devices, improving usability and conversion rates for mobile users.

  • Data Analysis: Delve into analytics data to identify user behaviour patterns and areas of the website where users drop off or fail to complete desired actions. Utilise tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing to gather actionable insights.

  • User Research: Conduct user surveys, usability testing, and customer feedback analysis to understand audience preferences, pain points, and motivations, essential for optimising user experience.

  • A/B Testing: Design and execute controlled experiments (A/B tests) to compare different versions of web pages or elements, determining which variants drive higher conversion rates.

  • Content Optimisation: Enhance the clarity, persuasiveness, and relevance of website content to resonate with target audiences and prompt desired actions.

  • Conversion Funnel Analysis: Analyse each stage of the conversion funnel to identify bottlenecks and streamline processes, maximising conversion rates throughout the user journey.

  • Multivariate Testing: Conduct advanced multivariate tests to assess interactions among multiple website elements and their impact on conversions, optimising performance.

  • Continuous Monitoring: Continuously monitor Shopify’s website performance, adapt to evolving user behaviours, and implement iterative improvements to maintain and enhance conversion rates.
