We’re looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated Test Automation Engineers to join our software team and help us test our next generation automotive products. The Role:

You’ll be involved in all aspects of the test automation life cycle; from design and planning, through implementation, to execution and reporting. We also support hybrid working; you’ll only be required to come into the office for activities that can’t be done remotely, e.g. test infrastructure setup, team collaboration days etc.

The Embedded team’s automated tests are written in Python and run-on dedicated infrastructure to exercise our Automotive products.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience delivering reliable, repeatable tests for embedded products.
• Excellent skills using modern programming/scripting languages.
• You are a pragmatic and driven problem solver and enjoy devising automated tests for complex problems.
• You value clean, readable code and have a keen eye for detail.
• You thrive in collaborative team environments and are enthusiastic about delivering great products.
• You help ensure high standards through flexible, well-structured automated tests.
• You are passionate about learning and utilizing new technologies.

Desirable experience:

• Experience with automation testing with Python.
• Experience designing and building automation test benches.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
