Job Description:

• Provide support to KS2 teachers by leading small group interventions and delivering planned lessons under their guidance.
• Assist with the planning, preparation, and assessment of lessons and activities to support students' academic progress.
• Work collaboratively with teachers to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences for all students.
• Support the social and emotional well-being of students, providing pastoral care and guidance as needed.
• Help to maintain a positive and respectful learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in a KS2 setting.
• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience and skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting the needs of all students.
