Compass Associates are currently representing a highly respected care provider with a cluster of care homes providing care for elderly. The homes provide care predominately for privately funded clientele and have a brilliant ethos with values placed around the high quality care of their residents.

At present they are seeking a Home Manager to help with the commissioning of their brand new home in Cheltenham. The home itself will provide residential care for elderly service users and has been commissioned from scratch. The service has been completed to a very high specification and the senior management team will very much be involved in the start up of the service.

The Candidate

You’ll have either have a Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or willingness to study for one. You will also have leadership experience of residential care teams, understand how to identify safeguarding issues, be able to conduct risk assessments and have the ability to seek advice and report concerns or escalate action where required. Above all, you will understand, value and be able to lead a kind, caring and genuinely person-led approach to across your team.

Summary

The salary for this position is subject to negotiation but is circa £50,000 - £55,000 per annum.
