TSA Surveying is representing a national employee-owned property consultancy seeking to strengthen their Leeds office. They are looking for an ambitious Associate Building Surveyor to lead the Leeds office, with the opportunity to be included in the company succession plan and potentially become a director in the coming years.

The company operates across various sectors, including retail, healthcare, insurance, residential, and historic buildings. They focus on project management, repair work, and insurance projects, working directly with major loss adjustors and insurance companies. In retail, they collaborate with large clients such as TK Maxx, Starbucks, and Primark. The Leeds office specifically consists of a team of 17, with plans to grow to 20 by the end of the year. Last year, they brought in fees of £1.75m, with this year’s target being £2m.
