We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our client's established team. Our client boasts a strong heritage in the Northwest, selling a diverse range of products within the farming world. From Fairfax & Favor bags and Barbour clothing to lawnmowers, fencing, and equestrian goods, they offer a comprehensive sales portfolio both in retail and online.
About the Role
As the Sales Manager, you will:
- Manage and expand the company's sales portfolio, encompassing both retail and online channels.
- Uphold the company's high standards of customer service, maintaining their impressive 4.9 out of 5 Feevo rating.
- Collaborate effectively with the existing sales team to drive business growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Sales experience in agriculture, equestrian, farming or a related sector.
- Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the agricultural industry and a genuine interest in the farming community.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to representing our branded partners with integrity.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team.
- Qualifications: An AMTRA qualification is desirable but not essential.

- Standard Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

- Due to the location, having your own transport is highly advantageous.
