We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team and help us continue our mission of nurturing growth and success in every student.

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students.
• Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them to stay focused and engaged.
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support strategies under the guidance of the class teacher and SEN specialists.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the class teacher.
• Assist with the physical, emotional, and social needs of students as required.

• Relevant experience working with children, especially those with special educational needs, is highly desirable.
• A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude towards helping children overcome challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students.
• Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, are desirable but not essential.
