Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Aerospace Operations Manager for a well-established niche sector Freight Forwarder based in the Heathrow area.
Job Description:-

The company are looking for a confident Freight Forwarding candidate to oversee the daily operations of the company.
The successful candidate will ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people.
You need to be an excellent leader who can help drive the drive the operation forward.
Duties and Requirements:-
- Operational all-rounder with knowledge of AOG's
- Organise and oversee the daily operations
- Strong commercial awareness - cost-saving and rates negotiation
- Manage team, support, motivation, guidance, recruitment, and training - creating a strong team ethos
- Change agent, able to introduce or embrace change both technological and manual operational processes
