Do you have a passion for inspiring the next generation? GSL Education Watford are delighted to present a Biology Teacher position at an exceptional client Secondary School in Slough , starting in September 2024 .



As a Biology Teacher , You'll responsible for:

• Planning and delivering Biology lessons that cater to different learning styles in accordance with the AQA curriculum.
• Creating hands-on experiments and interactive activities to make learning come alive.
• Providing individualized support and guidance to students, helping them excel in their studies.
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative teaching methods and resources.
• Establishing and enforcing classroom rules, manage student behavior, and ensure a safe and respectful atmosphere for learning.
• Designing assessments, quizzes, tests, and projects to evaluate students' understanding of Biology concepts.

Essential requirements as a Teacher of Biology :

• Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE with UK-based teaching experience.
• Hold a relevant Degree at 2:1 or higher.
• Have recent classroom teaching experience in teaching Biology, in-line with the AQA curriculum.
• A deep passion for Biology and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing your knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
