FINTEC recruit is supporting recruitment for an internal Sales Specialist role working for a large engineering/ battery power business.  This is a permanent role with salary negotiable by experience within the £30,000 to £35,000 banding plus bonus, healthcare, pension, life assurance.  An opportunity to develop your career into a senior role with a successful and growing business.    This is an internal office based role based in Harlow, Essex.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with internal teams e.g. consumer sales team
• Managing business clients and able to understand and discuss technical engineering/Electrical/Electronic aspects of client product specifications
• Account managing existing clients, able to upsell and be comfortable in approaching new prospects clients.

Skills and Experience required for the internal Sales Specialist role:-

• Have technical engineering or energy knowledge/experience for power or battery technology desirable (not an essential)
• Understanding or knowledge of Li-Ion, NiMH or similar battery or knowledge and interest in electronic/electrical technologies
• Experience of having been in an engineering sales role or account manager role would be a benefit for this role.
• Hold an Electrical or Electronic qualification
• Good communication skills
