The school is looking for a kind and nuturing Level 3 Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis. The successful Teaching Assistant will be working closely with SEND pupils to assist and encourage active learning and assist the Teacher. This role will be essential in ensuring the development of pupils’ skills on a 1-2-1 basis and follow their I.E.P successfuly. 

The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant will have:

• Be enthusiastic, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
• Have the relevant qualification/experience
• Understand learners needs and how to support them to reach their full potential
• Proven experience with SEND pupils on a 1-2-1 basis
