About the Role: As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of children across various age groups within the school. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Providing one-on-one support to students who need extra help
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting classroom management and student behaviour
• Contributing to the planning and preparation of classroom activities
• Working flexibly across different classes and age groups as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
• A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, patience, and adaptability
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
