About the Role:
Twenty4Seven is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Cradley Heath. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide essential support to students with SEND, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND, both in and out of the classroom
- Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment
- Implement individualized learning plans and support strategies
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for all students
- Monitor and report on pupil progress to teachers and SENCO
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience working with SEND pupils
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in a relevant subject
- Confident in supporting children with diverse needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students
