Salary/Rate:
£40,000 - £47,500/annum package

PSR Solutions are currently looking for a Supervisor in Reading, you will need to have a good Civil Engineering background. This will be working for a fully established Civils contractor who cover alot of work throughout London, Hampshire and Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the customer, their representatives, and other stakeholders on Operational Issues.
  • Initiates valuable business relationships and works to ensure they are developed effectively.
  • Proposes actions in response to changes in client and stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Manage Key-stake holders through the project life cycle

Experience & Skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate with colleagues, clients and third parties.
  • Proven track record of least 5 years within a construction management environment standards.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Organised with good time management and capable of proactive planning.
  • Ability to get the best out of individuals, teams & Trade contractors and build consensus where differences of opinion arise.
  • Ability to relate Company commercial strategy to own activities & Projects.
  • Delivery focused and driver of performance
  • Experience working on reactive frameworks.
  • Computer literate
  • Technical Knowledge

  • Problem-Solving


Qualifications & Training

  • CSCS for Managers, SMSTS
  • First Aid at work certificate
  • CDM Awareness
  • Driving license
