* Support the Site Agent in managing a significant section of the project as the Sub-Agent.
* Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures and project specific standards.
* Support the implementation and monitoring of Performance Excellence.
* Promote integrated working with other members within the project to create a one-team ethos, including development of team members.
* Support the Site Agent with cost management of your project, ensuring robust control of Target Cost, actual costs and forecasts through commercial awareness.
* Ensure all labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources are accurately recorded.
* Identify areas of opportunity and improvement.
* Create a programme to plan and measure the day-to-day activities.
* Quality assurance in accordance with the specification including producing and populating inspection test plans.
* Managing the handover process for individual assets in line with the clients' procedures
* Experience in civil engineering structures - ideally FRC bridges
* Experience managing Subcontract and self delivery operations
