Salary:£30,000.00 - £35,000.00 Per annum
Job Duties:- Assist in developing project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Participate in site visits and meetings to gather information for planning purposes
- Collaborate with senior planners to ensure projects are on track and deadlines are met
- Conduct research and analysis to support planning decisions
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to project planning
- Degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Architecture, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Architecture, or related field
Experience:Previous experience in project planning or related roles preferred
Knowledge and Skills:- Understanding of planning principles and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of environmental and waste management practises
- Additional certifications in project management or urban planning
- Experience working in the construction industry
The role involves both office-based work and site visits. Occasional travel may be required to project locations within the West Midlands region. Standard working hours are expected, with flexibility needed to meet project deadlines.
