Your new role
Reporting in to the Site Manager, they are now looking for a freelance Finishing Manager to support the project team on one of their schemes in Cambridge dealing with finishing of the external of the buildings.The project itself is a £30m+ accommodation building with all associated external works and landscaping.


Main areas to manage:

• Roofer tile and zinc
• Facade carpentry
• Gutters and downpipes
• Mastic
• Scaffold including management as dismantling
• Brickwork snagging and cleaning
  
  
  

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in a similar role
CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid
