SEMH Teaching Assistant - Lewisham - September 2024 start

Remedy Education are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a well-established SEMH School based in Lewisham, South East London. As a resilient and empathetic individual, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and support to students with complex behavioural needs from Primary School through to Secondary depending on your preference, within this role, you will have the opportunity to encourage the students to establish their independence and improve both socially and academically.

Job Description:

  • SEMH Teaching Assistant
  • Providing dedicated support to pupils across Primary and Secondary
  • Working alongside the classroom teacher
  • Lead 1:1 and group interventions for pupils with SEN needs (ADHD, ASD, Non-verbal etc)
  • Located within the borough of Lewisham
  • September 2024 start - Trial Immediately
  • Full academic year - Term time only
  • £105 - £110 per day
