Branch Manager

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our client’s highly reputable Estate Agency in Newcastle.
Working 40 hours per week, 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturdays with a day off during the week.
You will be responsible for ensuring that you achieve branch targets and branch income and that your team members achieve their individual targets. Experience in carrying out Market Appraisals is desirable.
You will be required to manage the Sales & Lettings Advisor activities to ensure they meet targets in Gross Sales, Gross Lets, Market Appraisals, Financial Services and CWM. You will also encourage Auction Referrals, Removal Referrals, Survey Referrals and Reviews.
Duties:
- Daily Sales Followup system including carrying out morning meetings
- Rental Listings Followup
- Hot calling carried out and correctly recorded
- Book Viewings and Viewing Feedback
- Booking Sales & Lets with correct paperwork completed
- Vendor reviews to ensure up to date photography and pricing
- Price Reductions
- Withdrawals
The company offer a negotiable starting salary circa £28k - £30k pa plus commission leading to an OTE circa £40k pa, company pension and holidays.
