Are you looking for a Production Supervisor - Operators role in the Harlow, Essex area?
My client designs and manufactures a range of electro-mechanical products that are used all over the world. They are high-quality products manufactured to an excellent finish.
They employ around 100 people and recently moved to a purpose-built new facility in Harlow, twice the size of their previous premises. This is due to their expansion plans for 2024 and beyond.
They are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor - Operators to supervise 8 Operators in a section of their production line.
This section of their production line uses automated machines and basic robots in the production process. Your role will be to ensure all operations run efficiently and oversee the performance of all areas whilst ensuring continuous process improvement.

Role/Responsibilities - Production Supervisor - Operators:
- A background in production/manufacturing. They are very open-minded to the product background someone will have; you don’t have to come from an electro-mech product background.
- Proven experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader/Manager. Able to drive a team of Operators to meet operational targets.
- Technical experience with machines/robots in an automated environment, making adjustments to them etc. Experience with basic robots would be useful but not essential.
