GSL Education is currently seeking to appoint a qualified and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to undertake a position at one of our client primary schools in Sheffield.

 Job Summary:

A Primary Level 2 Teaching Assistant (TA) plays a critical role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience for students.

Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Work with small groups and individual students to provide tailored assistance.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist in planning and preparing classroom materials.
• Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to the teacher.

Qualifications:

• A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children in a primary school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude towards learning and development.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
