We're looking for a born leader with an action-oriented approach who will lead a team of Field and Desk Account Managers, New Business and Sales support. As a high growth organisation, performance expectations will be high so creating, executing and evolving our sales strategy to ensure delivery of our financial performance targets will be a key deliverable.

You already have extensive and demonstrable experience of successfully managing key sales metrics including partner acquisition, net revenue growth and gross margin. Working with colleagues across all the Go To Market functions in the Connectivity Tower, as well as the wider Sales community in our Cloud, Mobile and Software businesses, you will find, build and win new business whilst ensuring strong partner relationships are developed across the base.

This role is perfect for an experienced Sales Manager looking to take the next step in their career and become an integral part of a cross-functional leadership team in an energetic and stimulating environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Acquisition of net new and cross-sell business
  • Achievement of annual revenue and margin targets
  • Creation and ownership of sales strategy, including use of AI tooling
  • Performance management & effectiveness of sales function
  • Development of ‘best-fit’ sales organisation and function
  • Development of sales leaders and high potential team members
  • Senior stakeholder management internally and with key partners

Your qualifications

  • 5 years+ track record in Sales Management within the UK ICT channel market
  • Competent technical understanding of UK Connectivity market
  • Extensive C-level network of partner and vendor relationships
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets across different settings
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills
  • Strong influencer, team-builder and motivator
  • Solid and demonstrable record of expertise in sales cycle management (lead generation, pipeline management, deal negotiation and close, forecasting)
  • Strong and demonstrable record of expertise in management of Business Development, Desk and Field Account Management and support functions
  • Solid experience and application of CRM tools in Sales
  • Proven, resilient self-starter with demonstrable high-performance standards
  • A full UK driving license
