Ganger – (Birmingham) – Fulltime

PAYE basis

Rate of pay £20 - £21

Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)

Overtime:

• Monday – Friday - Time and a third after 10 hours
• Nights – Time and a third
• Sat & Sunday and night all hours – Time and a third
• Pension
• Training and upskilling paid for

Candidates must have:

• Full understanding of all aspects and responsibilities of a Ganger
• Good experience and understanding of general construction work
• Provide support to the general or working foreman
• Ability to ensure that all work undertaken is completed with due regard for quality, productivity, and safety
• Undertake practical work appropriate to the craft skill and experience
• CSCS blue skilled worker card or EUSR
• SSSTS
• Driver’s license

Preferred

• SMSTS - site managers safety training scheme (5 days) CPCS
