Property Manager  - (Housing Association / Client side) – Surrey/Hybrid – c£46k

We’re working with the open market management arm of a large housing association and developer who are looking to recruit an additional property manager in Surrey. If you’ve ever considered working in social housing (albeit managing the open-market, private elements of their developments) this represents a unique opportunity to join one of the largest (and most reputable) in the UK.

Details as follows:

  • Large Housing Association / Developer responsible for building and managing communities across the UK
  • This role oversees a portfolio spread across Surrey (mostly), Hampshire (secondary) and Sussex (outliers)
  • All developments settled and in excellent financial order
  • You will undertake the full range of property management duties with excellent in-house support focused on providing the BEST resident lead service possible
  • Our client’s office is in Surrey, you will work on a hybrid basis reporting in 2 days per week (spending the rest from home and site)
  • Professional qualification preferred (but supported for those without), stable career history essential

Salary for the successful property manager will start around £42k with an additional £4k car allowance and exceptional benefits package including generous pension and leave entitlements.
