Are you an up and coming, eager Site Manager looking for a new challenge? Fawkes & Reece are working with a regional main contractor who are actively seeking a Site Manager to join their team. This is an opportunity to work for a very well respected contractor who invest in their employees in order to progress your career to where you hope to be. This contractor operates across the education, residential, leisure and sport and arts and culture sector.
Responsibilities of the Site Manager:
- Number one on a smaller project i.e. up to £3million reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager or part of a larger team on a larger project.
- To successfully deliver a project on time and within budget.
- Ensuring the Health and Safety of the site and maintaining Quality Assurance.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years experience in a Site Manager role working on Education projects
- Motivated, Driven individual who is looking to grow and develop their career.
