Scaffolder

Falcon Green are currently recruiting for experienced 3X Scaffolders in Tunbridge wells.
You will be working on a commercial build with a team of scaffolders carrying out the following:
Responsibilities:
- Construct and erect & dismantle scaffolding structures following blueprints and specifications
- Inspect and maintain scaffolding equipment for safety and functionality
- Designing, constructing, and dismantling scaffolding structures
- Assessing and addressing safety hazards
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of scaffolding
- Adhering to safety regulations and industry standards
- Measuring and cutting materials to size
- Ensuring that the scaffolding is stable and secure
- Fabricate scaffold components using hand and power tools
- Ensure scaffolds are plumb, level, and secure for workers' safety
- Work at heights to install roofs, weld joints, and perform masonry task
What we need from you:
- Valid certifications such as CISRS & Scaffolding Level part 2 required
- Experience in scaffolding or a related field
- Ability to work with a variety of tools and materials
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy loads
- Ability to work at heights/working at heights qualification
- Ability to follow safety procedures and protocols
