As a Ganger/Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and coordinating on-site construction activities near Swaffham, Norfolk.
• Managing a team of skilled tradespeople and labourers, providing guidance and support to optimize productivity and workmanship.
• Utilising your Dumper operating skills to assist with site operations and material movement.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Collaborating closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution and client satisfaction.
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures.
• Maintaining accurate records, including daily reports, progress updates, and site documentation.

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

• Proven experience as a Ganger/Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
• A valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification is essential.
• Dumper operating skills are essential.
• Roller operating skills are desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Solid knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering projects to the highest quality standards.
