Job Description:
They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director of Property Management to join the elite team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the management of a high-end property portfolio, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction for international clients. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in property management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of high-end commercial properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards of maintenance, security, and service.
  • Develop and implement property management strategies that align with clients' investment goals and lifestyle requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of property managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring their expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to deliver exceptional property management services.
  • Monitor property performance and financial metrics, preparing detailed reports for clients and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant property regulations and laws, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management.
  • Proven track record of managing properties for high-net-worth individuals, preferably with an international client base.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of international property regulations and market trends is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel as required to manage properties and meet with clients.
