- Project Management: Oversee large commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Building Surveys: Conduct comprehensive building surveys, assessments, and inspections, providing expert advice to clients.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency in building surveying, staying abreast of industry best practices and innovations.
- Chartered Building Surveyor with MRICS status.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of building surveying techniques and practices.
- Excellent project management and client-facing skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
