My client develops their products in the UK containing a new and innovative system to improve not only the brightness of users smiles but also protect the teeth against cavities.
About the role: This role is hands on! You will be involved in many aspects of the company Social Media Presence play a crucial role in managing an organisation's online presence across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and sourcing engaging content tailored to each platform to attract and retain a target audience.
- Formulating social media strategies aligned with the organisation's goals, such as increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and generating leads.
- Interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a sense of community to build relationships with the audience.
- Monitoring social media metrics, analysing performance data, and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns to inform future strategies.
- Ensuring all social media content aligns with the brand's voice, values, and visual identity.
- Staying updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep the organisation's social media presence relevant and competitive.
- Handling negative feedback, managing online reputation, and addressing any issues or crises that arise on social media.
- Working with other departments such as marketing, PR, and customer service to integrate social media efforts with overall business objectives.
Skills and expertise:
- Experience with Meta Ads and Paid Ads is essential.
- Proficiency in creating engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts tailored to different social media platforms.
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their best practices, algorithms, and tools.
- Proven ability to engage with followers, foster community, manage online interactions, and handle customer inquiries and feedback effectively.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to track performance, analyse data, and generate insightful reports.
- Ensuring consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all social media channels.
- Experience in creating and managing paid social media campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and optimisation.
- Skills in managing and mitigating online crises, handling negative feedback, and protecting the brand’s reputation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple social media projects and campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines and goals.
- Excellent writing and editing skills to craft compelling and error-free social media posts and content.
