Mobile Fabric Technician
Location: Mainly based at Ilford site, with occasional travel to East Ham, Seven Kings, and Ramsgate in Kent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
- Perform all-around fabric maintenance and basic mechanical and electrical planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
- Travel between various sites as required, including Ilford, East Ham, Seven Kings, and sometimes Ramsgate in Kent.
- Participate in a call-out rota, being on call 1 in 4 weeks.
Requirements:
- Full, valid driving license.
- Experience in fabric maintenance and basic M&E PPM.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
