My client is a high-profile International Consultancy that requires a Microfocus Consultant to work with an end client.
Key Requirements:
- Proven commercial experience as a Microfocus consultant (SME)
- Proficiency in installation, configuration, and administration of Microfocus Enterprise Developer (DevHub), Enterprise Server software, and Micro Focus Visual COBOL
- Strong knowledge of Microfocus COBOL, JCL, CICS, and Micro Focus Visual COBOL
- Experience setting up environments (Batch and CICS regions) on Microfocus Enterprise Server (MFES) and Micro Focus Visual COBOL
- Excellent team player and collaborative mindset
- Self-starter with a consulting approach
- Ability to go on-site 5 days
Nice to Have:
- Immediate availability
- Prior experience with migration or upgrade of Microfocus platforms
- Working knowledge of Git, Jenkins, and Nexus
- Familiarity with Life and Pensions business domain
