About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teachers to join our team in Cheadle Hulme. This role offers a flexible working schedule, allowing you to gain experience across various schools in the area. Whether you are a qualified teacher, have teaching experience in the UK or abroad, or are unqualified but passionate about education, we have opportunities for you.
Day Rate Bands:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Holders:
- Day Rate: £130 - £199
- Responsibilities: Full teaching responsibilities, including lesson planning, marking, and assessment. Deliver high-quality education and maintain classroom discipline.
Experienced Teachers (UK or Abroad):
- Day Rate: £100 - £129
- Responsibilities: Support the delivery of the curriculum, assist with classroom management, and provide valuable educational support to students. Must have full right to work and live in the UK.
Unqualified Individuals with a Passion for Education:
- Day Rate: £85 - £99
- Responsibilities: Pickup during Teacher's absence, support students with their learning, and help manage classroom activities. Ideal for those looking to gain experience in the education sector.
Requirements:
- QTS Holders: Must have Qualified Teacher Status in the UK.
- Experienced Teachers: Must have secondary teaching experience in the UK or abroad and the right to live and work in the UK.
- Unqualified Candidates: A strong interest in education and working with children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and work effectively as part of a team.
