This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known Main Contractor, who operate across various sectors including new build, heavy and structural refurbishments and fit out with an impressive annual turnover exceeding £100m.

About the role of a Technical Services Manager:

As the Technical Services Manager in this specific division, special works, you will have the chance to work on a number of fit out projects ranging from 300k to 4m in MEP value. The role will involve managing the technical aspects of the projects and reporting directly into the Engineering Director in which will provide support and guidance when needed.

Responsibilities for Technical Services Manager:

- Oversee quality assurance and quality control

- Manage client liaison and reporting

- Identify project risks

- To take full responsibility from Tender to Completion of a construction projects in varying value

- Ensure timely delivery of services according to project scope and programme

Requirements for Technical Services Manager

- Experience of managing multiple projects

- Strong project management skills

- Proven track record of delivering successful projects
