Quantity Surveyor - New Build Housing 

A residential contractor specialising in residential housing is looking to source a QuantitySurveyor to join their commercial team. You will manage multiple developments from tender to settling final accounts.
 
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business and be part of a small and very successful commercial team. The business is looking to expand its team and is looking at assistants, and intermediate or senior surveyors. 
 
There is a degree of flexibility in the role, outline duties will include:
 
Full commercial responsibility for multiple developments
Tender enquiries
Appointment of sub-contractors, preparation of sub-contract orders
Approving pricing & variations
Sub-contract payments
Preparation and submission of monthly cost/value reports and associated documentation
Settling of accounts
