I am searching for an experienced Senior Service Advisor / Assistant Aftersales Manager to fill a position that has become available at our clients busy car dealership. Working in a busy department, processing upwards of 40 customers a day, a large group of technicians and an excellent marketing leading brand/product.

The Role:

The Aftersales function is very busy Monday to Friday, Saturday mornings on a rota. Your remit will be to meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the car dealership for scheduled & non-scheduled servicing and repairs. Support the after sales function and the various staff members in the department such as junior service advisers, workshop controllers & assist the service manager in the day to day running of a busy after sales department. Manage customer expectations and always strive for excellence

Requirements:
- Experience as a Senior Service Advisor / Assistant Aftersales Manager within a Car Dealership or similar workshop is
essential
- Knowledge of Kerridge and 1 Link is a distinct advantage
- It's essential you bring excellent customer service skills and the ability to think on your feet in this fast paced environment. To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate at application stage and then at interview that you have the necessary knowledge to succeed and thrive in this role.
