Are you an experienced and dedicated SEN (Special Educational Needs) teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity to support students with diverse learning needs in a school setting? We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join our school in Chester on a part-time basis, working three days a week from September 2024 to December 2024. As an experienced SEN Teacher at our school in Chester, you will play a vital role in creating inclusive and engaging learning experiences for students with special educational needs, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Your expertise, compassion, and dedication will make a difference in the lives of students, families, and the school community, shaping a brighter future for all.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess tailored learning activities and interventions to meet the individual needs of students with SEN, ensuring their progress and wellbeing
- Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to create personalised education plans, monitor student progress, and provide holistic support
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes independence, confidence, and positive behavior in students with SEN
- Implement effective strategies, resources, and accommodations to support students with diverse learning challenges and enable them to reach their full potential

Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) with experience in teaching students with special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning difficulties
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality SEN provision, assessing student needs, and implementing effective teaching strategies to support individual learning goals
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and external support services
- Commitment to promoting inclusivity, diversity, and equity in education, respecting the unique strengths and challenges of each student with SEN
