Being an essential member of the team, this Internal Sales Executive will build and maintain client relationships whilst working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Some of the key responsibilities are:
- Communicate with potential and existing customers on the CRM via phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
- Use LinkedIn and other social media to find and engage potential B2B clients, generate leads, and grow the customer base
- Use CRM software to track and manage sales leads and opportunities
- Support external sales team by preparing quotes, handling enquiries, and providing technical support
- Clearly and confidently convey technical information to clients, building trust and facilitating sales
- Use our industry expertise and proficiency to build strong client relationships and drive B2B sales by clearly communicating the benefits of our products
